Goethe Institut has conducted a very exciting PASCH workshop "Around the world in 80 Days (In 80 Tagen um die Welt)" during the winter holidays for the young and talented artists among German students from different schools. This workshop which is part of a fantastic international comic project called "Around the world in 80 Days", was conducted by renowned German children's book illustrator Kitty Kahane at the Annemarie-Schimmel-Haus, Lahore. (28th December – 30th December). In each of the participating region (children from North and South America, Europe as well as Asia are participated), Kitty Kahane and the students participating in the workshops will develop and draw out one part of the story which takes the young adventures around the world. Naba Nasir a student of IGCSE II and who is really the best artist among our German language students from Roots International Schools participated in the workshop. Lasting 3 days, the workshop was mainly about a comic illustrated by Miss Kitty. Supplies provided were of excellent quality, enhancing ones dexterity in skill. It was blissful working with them. Altogether students collaborated on the comic, which was fictional. During this, students had their fair share of interactions, it was gratifying.
